Rabbi Belinsky's classes are offered in Baltimore and Rockville/Potomac! 

Ongoing Classes:

Baltimore -
"Torah Studies" - every Tuesday at 7:30 PM
at ARIEL Center 6701 Old Pimlico Rd. Baltimore, MD 21209 (next to Royal Farms, at the corner of Smith Ave.)

Rockville -
"The 5th dimesion" every Wednesday at 8:00 PM 
at Israeli Chabad Center 216 Rollins Avenue, Rockville, MD 20852 (house in the middle of the block between E Jefferson St. and Congressional Ln.)

Classes are taught in the Russian language.  Admission FREE.
No reservation nessecary. Everyone is welcome.
